Lovely and very helpful staff!! I really appreciate their HUGE variety of toys and food/ treat products for my pets. Makes shopping for my boy (who has allergies) a whole lot easier and enjoyable :) Please come to Ruston!

We came into the store as strangers, but left as new friends! We were greeted very warmly and Mr. Kenneth was very knowledgeable about the condition our dog was experiencing and recommended products that really helped him feel better. Awesome experience all around!!

Love love love this store. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. The store manager is fantastic! His knowledge of the products, and personal experience with pancreatitis literally has extended our little foster pugs quality of life by far.

My dog has been having some issues and I was recommended by my friend Anna to shop here for calming gummies. Kenneth was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products! Not only did the gummies actually help but he also recommended some healthier and more affordable dog food options. I will definitely be back!

We happened up on Hollywood Feed a couple of years ago. The first time we walked through the door, we recognized an employee that formally worked at a competitor. This employee recognized us immediately. Remembered our fur babies names (Great Danes) instantly. This person was one who’d helped us at the competitors establishment for years. Now, working for this new establishment, walked us through the store, showing us where everything was, and even recommended certain products the he knew would be of interest to us based on previous experience. Since the first visit to this location, we’ve not even walked back into either of the major competitors stores. Why? Because we live that personal experience, recommendations, and they carry most of the things we like to purchase for all of our pets. They do seem to be just a tad more expensive, but they also offer fabulous sales & discounts that make up for it. In the end, I highly recommend this place as a one stop, get everything we need to make our fur-friends happy! In all sincerity, Debra Johnson

Five stars with NO hesitation! This feed store absolutely earned it. When my dog got sick and I was trying to find something that would truly help, the staff stepped in with real knowledge and genuine care. They did not just point me to a product. They actually listened and guided me in a way that made a real difference for my dog. Their prices are some of the best I have ever seen for pet supplies, which mattered a lot while dealing with a sick pup. And on top of that, their plant prices are just as impressive. The plants are healthy, the selection is great, and you do not walk out feeling like you emptied your bank account for a fern. Between their kindness, their honesty, and their unbeatable prices, this store has earned a customer for life. If you want a place that cares about your pets, your garden, and your wallet, this is the one.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast service. I would recommend this store over any of the “big box“ pet stores any day! My dogs love the high quality rawhide retriever rolls that they carry (Wisconsin Brand)

Very helpful. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Store was clean and impressive. I was told to go there because of my dogs sensitive skin, and they knew exactly what I was talking about and knew exactly what I needed! And Bronson loves his new food! I would highly recommend! I’m a customer for life now!
